Another $12 cheap chinese knife pretending to be a $65 japanese knife so you'll spend $25 on it.

A decent knife will last half your lifetime if you don't work in a kitchen. Well worth splashing even a little bit more on something with a proven metal from a good source.

I got the Hoshanho filet knife. I'm actually impressed. It's got good weight and the edge is very sharp. The metal is forged and seems to be very sturdy. There was no bending at the narrow part. And yes I cut my thumb on it. I'd get this knife and give to my friend who doesn't have decent knives.
