Its charging 20% in taxes.. assuming that's tarrifs? Also it's only taking $35 off of $247 with the coupon so $212 not $196.

all in all this isnt bad at all. the lack of thunderbolt does hurt a little, but dual gigabit ports is nice. perfectly fine for basic pc to use.

I've got the same with 7640HS for the same price.
The coupon code only takes off $35 (on $219+), to get $45 off you need something $319+
PayPal takes off another $30 which basically offsets weird taxes and fees.
So my total was $254, 7640HS with 16G D5 and 512G. Looks like it's slightly faster with better iGPU than 6600H

Sorry how does the $30 off with PayPal work? I see it says that at checkout but when I get to the PayPal checkout screen it's not showing $30 off. Is the $30 via PayPal rewards (like cash back?) rather than a discount towards the purchase price?
