From the Amazon description, "REVERSE TANTO PLAIN EDGE BLADE: Made from high-performance 4Cr14 blade steel". That is pretty cheap steel. 0.4% carbon. If that works for your needs, great! I think you can do better for $22.

I have a bunch of USA and non-USA made Kershaw blades but for some reason this is the one that I always carry. Every single day with very few exceptions.

Does not maintain a razor edge very long, but you can't expect that with this steel.

Tempting to grab a backup.
