Product Details:
- Each socket in this 65-piece impact driver set is marked with laser-etched size indicators that ensure easy identification, even in low-light settings. This thoughtful detail enhances efficiency during your projects.
- This complete set features a wide variety of tools, including both deep and standard sockets in sizes ranging from 10mm to 24mm, as well as fractional sizes from 3/8" to 1-1/4". Additionally, it includes extension bars in lengths of 3", 5", and 10". Other tools in the set are a 1/2" 72-tooth ratchet wrench, a 1/2" impact universal adapter, a 1/2"F x 3/8"M adapter, and a 3/8"F to 1/2"M adapter, ensuring you have everything you need for your projects.
- Industrial-Grade Cr-V Alloy Steel
- Constructed from high-quality impact-grade alloy steel, this 1/2 impact socket set provides outstanding impact resistance and absorption. The steel undergoes vacuum heat treatment, which involves rapid heating and cooling, resulting in a polished and durable surface, making it ideal for various working conditions.
- Featuring a hexagonal drive design, this socket tool set differs from traditional rounded designs by effectively reducing the pressure applied to fasteners during use. This innovative feature minimizes wear and helps prevent rounding or stripping of bolts.

Real impact sockets are Cr-Mo (chrome molybdenum), which is softer/tougher to better handle repeated impacts. These cheap impacts are a semi-porous black oxide or phosphate coating made to look like Cr-Mo impacts, and also hold an oil film.
So for a home gamer they probably won't break any time soon (I use cheap "impacts" on my cars), but they are slightly messy to handle.

The guy was asking for "limited household use" recommendations.
Do you assemble furniture or repair small household items with 1/2" drive sockets?
That's clearly "nuts"
And for "heavy duty" repairs, I use CR-MO sockets.
CR-V sockets are simply not suitable for impact wrenches and tend to bust.

There's a reason this set sells for $38 bucks. ;-)
I would not recommend it for household use or heavy duty applications.
Cheers!
