This game really needs a "hard" mode. I breezed through every boss the first time around.

Kid me who took forever to beat this would have been damn impressed. Maybe one day they'll do a Switch 2 upgrade and add it in as a New Game+ mode.

Did you try do the rematch of the bosses and Culex after the end? That is the hard mode you speak about. They are much, much harder.

I too breezed through it and Think it's mostly due to their revamped fighting system. It just made fighting super easy. If you're like me you also had a great memory of what to buy/sell so....a few weeks as a kid equated to a few days as an adult.

I'd still recommend this game at $40 though. It's just not "like the original"

They are not easy if you're wondering.
