not defending the item, but 18 outlet power strips are asking for trouble, doesn't matter if they are the highest quality components in the world. the review of the exploded unit speaks volumes:

Then we smelled melting plastic after the air purifier kept going off and saw that our space heater plug was warm to the touch and had melted the surge protector!!!
running air purifiers and space heaters off a single power strip is a no-go. and the "surge protector" functionality won't help with this. there's no way for the surge protector or the home's breaker to realize you're overvoltage if you're using an outlet splitter like this. it's just gonna melt.

"I had a usb C cord and the power cords from my TV & Laptop plugged to this surge protector (the only 3 things I use this for). For the first time I smelt plastic burning and within another 30 seconds I saw smoke and immediately located the source and extinguished any type of possibility of fire. I tried to look for a contact us link for a less startling approach but couldn't find one. I'll update my review wants customer service reaches out and see what kind of resolution we could come to."

And that is a five star review. Oh noes!

Hmm, a four star review: Was great, but then melted

Fire hazard? Yes!
I do see a use for this though.
Sometimes you only have like 6 things to plug in, but the power strip has the plugs all next to each other, so those weird power bricks that block up 2 slots above and next to them, you could actually plug like 5 or 6 into this one.

or stuff that's low voltage and doesn't pull a ton. i have a few LED strip lights and rings lights i use for my zoom studio and they have plugs but they pull practically nothing and it's silly that they take up a whole outlet

Seems like too many and high chance of overloading one outlet in the wall.

18 since there is 18 holes. I'm going to see how hot I can get the house with 18 space heaters.

"ETL Listed" means something Intertec (powsav is just a rebranded intertec)made has passed thru the ETL processbut it's very unlikely to be this product.
I'm not defending these off-brand potential fire starters....but every individual product would have it's own "ETL" certification number, which you can confirm on their website, so, under normal circumstances, what you're providing here is false information....sorry!
