I didnt know you could still download the games, looks like you still can with 3DS and Wii.

Sony did this with PS. All the PS3 games I bought are no longer available but they have the nerve to sell them as ps4 or ps5 games with no major changes, maybe stretched upscale. I get the different consoles or generation or games but when they make the game available with no change, it sjould be available.
I agree with you. I have quite a few PS3 digital games. I wasn't aware that I couldn't redownload them. I have a brand new PS3 that has only been opened to put a drive in it. And I picked up a new ssd drive that I was going to put in it also. I thought I'd have two, so if one breaks, I could download everything to the new one. That sucks.

Sad to see this being downvoted. Just shows that people don't get it or don't care
Probably downvoted because you can resell key card games as they are not tied to your account like a digital purchase is.

It's a stealth game in the Star Wars universe. Read or watch a review before buying.

Good luck, I am not giving up my PS3 Phat original thst had ability to play PS2 games, unless they also broke that with an update. I still like the look of some ps3 games.
I wish I never sold our ps1 or ps2.. I'm still keeping an eye out for clean one though. Smilie
I probably got 100 ps3 disc's, even after trading in bunch during GS bonus days, those were good days. $5-$10 used games they gave me store credit for almost similar amounts. Couldn't turn that away.
Oh and I lose OtherOS partition and Sony was kind enough to pay $60 or something.

And games like this and Final Fantasy 7 would not be possible on cartridges due to the slower read times. I don't mind key cards myself. Most games is just as soon have digital anymore. The cartridges are just flash memory and will be unreadable in 20 years. These will not last like NES/SNES/Atari cartridges. Those were mask rom that have a life expectancy of 50-100 years.
Part of me not caring anymore is that I don't have a life expectancy of 20 years from now...lol.
Wait, I thought the cartridge was fast enough to read. Is that not the case? Are all games being installed on the internal storage?

As a Star Wars fan, I enjoyed it. I feel like $30 is worth it.
