Yes. And if you search through here you'll find a lot of people who have had problems. They have a habit of having really good sales and then canceling all of the orders. They don't respond to customer service messages and if you have an issue with them, they basically wait until the last moment before eBay intervenes before doing anything. Many people have reported getting new items that are open box, open box items that are used, etc. They sometimes have some amazing deals, but my desire to save money is eclipsed by my desire not to do business with retailers like this.

I've bought a Switch game from VIPoutlet on Walmarts site, only to receive an empty box that was sealed. Kinda ruined it for my son since it was his xmas gift. They didn't offer to send a replacement, just a refund after a few weeks.

I just got a Mr Heater from VIPOutlet and had zero issues.

100% agree with this. 4 of my 5 orders were not shipped and had to claim through eBay. The 1 order that did ship was packaged poorly and condition was awful

Half the stuff I got from VPNOutlet has been GREAT ( macbook air, ebike ) , half has been JUNK (phone, air pods ). At least their return process is fairly easy.
