If you already have Oxiclean: 1 load of oxiclean + hottest water + longest cycle. Killed the musky smell from the previous renters.

My Samsung (I know, I know!) explicitly says not to use any products during the cleaning cycle. An indicator turns on every 40 cycles I think and I run the cycle. Keep the door and tray open after every single wash, until the next wash, and no odors at all
