Is the DJI mini 3 for $379 and the mini 3 fly more for $499 better? They both come with the RC controller with the screen.

New to drones, but I'd like one mainly to take video from my boat. Am I better off with this or the mini? The mini seems to have eveything that I need, but not impressed with the 13 minute battery life. At these prices, I don't care about price in the equation.
