It said $103 on the website for me at the store where I found it...but on the shelf it was marked down to $41. This is an in-store only deal for those willing to look. Not everyone likes these kind of deals but if you are on the road or are planning to make a trip it might work out for you.

Unrelated, I remember having to do a research paper on Lincoln Electric back in B-School, some 45+ years ago. Basically, they were a really good company who treated their employees exceptionally well. I hope that is still the case.

45 years ago everyone was treating their employees well. It is the era before trickle down economics evolved.

That all depends on your definition of being treated well. Working conditions were a lot worse 45 years ago, even if the companies treated you "well". We now live in the easiest time to make money, but we also have the laziest younger generations in history due to technology.
