I know it's a super long shot but I'll ask...anyone have any experience with this one?? Obvs don't expect anything remotely high quality, just a 1-2x per year cruiser.

I had good results with a Urlife E20 a few months ago after looking at several YouTube videos. There are a few favorable reviews on this one, too. I may have to try this one out!

It is a 500 watt motor and is UL2849 compliant. Link at Walmart: https://www.walmart.com/ip/ESKUTE...722566155?

I'm in for one. This bike has everything I have been looking for after a few low cost ebike purchases. Skinny tire is truly much better for my purposes than fat tire. Throttle is great for getting going from a stop. Integrated lights are a must. 21 speeds are a lot better than 7. And having a little suspension on the front fork really improves comfort. I'll post a review when it arrives.

Grabbed one! Came to $327 and I'll get 4% back on my C1 CC. YouTube reviews were pretty favorable. Shimano 21 speeds, decent torque 500W motor taking overweight dudes like myself to 28MPH and slowing a bit depending on hill grade and rider weight but still able to climb without pedal assist. Seems like nuts and bolts should be gone through and maybe thread locker applied to some. Front fork shocks are generic and non-adjustable, this is not well suited for big jumps but fine for bumpy gravel. 350lb weight capacity, the seat is not very comfortable and the brakes often seem to need some adjustments out of the box. I'd recommend cleaning the brake rotor with brake cleaner or dish soap and water before use, I suspect they're oiled to prevent rust and that's not going to make stopping distance any better. I also plan to replace the tires after the first hundred miles or so, before I take it on rocky trails. The battery is removable and the bike functions well as a regular bike. Plan on more like 20 miles for a large adult with very little pedaling, the 55 mile range just isn't realistic. The bike is best for people about 5'10" or a bit taller, if you're short it might be a little tough to stop or get going but it's workable.
