Milwaukee M12 2505-20 is similar to this, minus the SDS capability. The M12 combo tool is lighter, presumably less powerful but also often available below $200 which would be a much better value for most folks.
If you need SDS, getting the M12 kit plus an actual SDS would be better and probably cost the same as this one plus SDS attachment which is not included.

Bosch's 12v flexiclick is like less than half this price with batteries typically. Sometimes they throw in an OMT for free. I'm guessing this is brand brand new? Didn't know they made an 18v flexiclick until just now.

Their 18v drill/drivers destroy my elbows (tennis elbow), but not the 12v, which seems to drive just as well with quality Bosch bits.
