I'm unable to see a link in 'Go to Cart' or 'Checkout' for the trade-in process although Amazon confirms that it's eligible for the $100 trade-in. Can you shed light on the process please? Thx.

Probably yes as per the trade-in section even in case of a damaged device your trade in value will decrease but still you will get the extra $100 off. For example in my case for Samsung Galaxy A16 I was getting a trade in value of $30 which would decrease to $15 or $7.5 as per condition but I would still get the additional $100 trade-in bonus unless I opt for refusing reduced trade-in value. YMMV
Edit/Update: I just chose my device condition as damaged (including broken screen) and it still is accepting my device with a reduced value ($115 total instead of $130. I tried attaching an image to this comment but its not showing up.)

Yes .. also pixels and Samsungs but this particular device was a the most value for money IMHO .. 25% ($100) off the selling price $400 in addition to trade-in value.

For a Razr, so many more cheaper options. Got a 2024 Razr Flip for $109 via boost Verizon which is fully unlocked after the included prepaid 3 month plan. Probably not available now, but these other 3rd party cell companies you can do this due to the new unlocking rule.

Generous carrier deals do exist for the razr (and most every Motorola model). Unfortunately, most have extended the unlocking period enough to make standalone deals like this one compelling if you were already in the market for a new razr 2024.

For example, on TMO the current pricing could get a razr 2024 down to free with good condition trades as noted below. Unfortunately their newest promotional policy eliminates your promotional trade-in valuation upon pre-payment, functionally requiring 2 years of service to recoup the full promotional value.
