A countertop oven has been one of the best appliance purchases I've ever made. And I know many other people feel similarly. If you "think" you might use one, then I'm guessing that after you get one you will use it even more than you thought you would use it. However, I would not buy a small one like this unless you have a specific need for a small one. If you can afford it and have the space for it, get a larger one. The bigger Breville is what I have (it was the most expensive one they had when I got it, don't recall the model - 900 or 950?) and I'm glad I got the larger size and more settings. I've used mine almost daily for 7 years and it works great. My built in oven is my second oven, not vice versa, and I use it 3-5 times a year.

I also bought a Calphalon one for my daughter and another one for our mountain home and the Calphalon one is large and was much less expensive but doesn't have the versatility. However it works really well.
