I've had this for 10 months and am happy with it. The door on the non handle side doesn't sit as flush as the side with the handle, although it's very minor and doesn't impact anything. I wish they made it slightly bigger.... a typical frozen pizza is just barley to big for the baking pan. A typical frozen pizza fits great directly on the rack, but if someone prefers to use a pan, it is SO close but no, I think if the pan were an inch, maybe even 3/4" deeper they would fit. This also would mean the basket for the air fryer would be slightly larger which would be great b/c a typical bag of frozen french fires fits but is a little crowded, this slight increase in size would make it perfect.... they were so close.
Overall it works well, preheats in 60 seconds, everything I've tried cooks in the time listed on the package, it makes some noise but is fairly quiet and is easy to clean.
