Please read up on how many The Nines and The Sevens owners have had to replace the internal amp/crossover/computer .

The amp/computer board was $375, then $500 from Klipsch, but now that they are no longer in stock, the price is $700-900 from any dealer that still has them.

If the price falls any lower, people will be buying them just to harvest the boards.

This is a great deal for these speakers. Yes, you can find some good speakers for half the cost, but for these specifically this is a great deal
Side note though, the app kind of sucks. And for whatever reason my speakers will be on occasionally when I go into the basement, despite turning them off days prior.

Yep, and this is why I would sooner spend $650 on a $300 Wiim Amp or $200 Ayima A20, the $99 Jamo sub, and $250 on a decent pair of passive bookshelf speakers like the Ascend 170SE or ELAC B5.2/6.2

Good speakers. They are kind of bright. Put a filter -4dB Q 0.9 at 16000 Hz.
more like 18000, but I can't hear past 15k or so, and neither can a whole lot of people.

Um. No. Not even close in performance to the nines. A farty, ewaste sub and two suggested choices of junk speakers? Wiim is OK, at least, but a bit underpowered. You've described a desktop setup that a person can get by with. The Nines are a primary stereo setup that can fill a large room pretty well. Like my 1400 square foot garage.

These are too good for the price. I'm still trying to find something smaller to replace these as PC speakers but nothing comes close so far. Tried Sonos Arc Ultra + Sub but The Nines sounds better even without a seperate sub.

These sound great when they work. I had a set go out 3 days after purchase. After back and forth with customer service, they ended up sending a replacement amp. The amp came in months later since they didn't have in stock. FYI Klipsch customer service is super slow. I ended up returning the speakers (Best Buy). I can't recommend these speakers in good faith. I suggest getting a separate amp/receiver and passive speakers. I ended up getting a pair of JBL 4309 and stand alone amp/streamer.

Not close, actually BETTER. Your ignorance about ELAC and Ascend is laughable, as is your elitist comment about a $99 sub---doh, it's a $99 sub but even a $99 sub delivers better bass than a bookshelf speaker without a sub. Anybody who's actually compared both would know that.

Does anyone know where you can get the Klipsch KS-24 24" stands at a decent price to go with them? Monolith stands are now almost $200 a pair, so I'd rather get the OEM if spending that much.

Check past slickdeal started with $850 back in January, $800 in Feb, $750 a day later, $700 a month ago. I doubt they will clear their inventory.

I'd get these, $58/pr and claims 55lb weight capacity. https://a.co/d/0cIprWhM

These Klipsch are about 27-28lbs so you should be fine. Use Blue Tack to secure them to the top plate (the top plate does NOT need to fit the speaker's footprint).

The Nines will soon be nice decoration pieces to look at based on how many people had the amp die on them. They're great while they work, but eventually the amp will give out and there's really nothing you can do do about it.

Elacs aren't junk and your ignorance is showing here

4 years of Adorama Protect is 99 USD. I wonder if they cover internal amp failure after warranty period. Explanation of Adorama Protect says `Accidental damage such as breakage and Mechanical and electrical failures` So it should. If yes at least it ensures either getting a replacement (maybe even an upgrade) or at least having the refund of original payment. Considering the deal price of the set this may work.

Code no longer works. I was just about to pull the trigger on these as well. I am sure they will be back at a lower price as Adorama works to clear out stock.
