I'd expect this to not have enough power. I've been using gas powered ones for many years and they use a LOT of power.

The reviews say it has plenty of power. It's 80v. I'm hoping someone who has one today will chime in here.

Please put 80V in the title. We live in the voltage families.

Been using this one for a few years now and it has plenty of power for my usage. The 80V line is quite good.

I've had my 80v edger for over five years and it's still going strong. When it's used for the first time after winter the guard around the blade tends to gum up with mud but it's easy to fix with a quick scraping from a screwdriver. Search eBay for generic replacement blades for a better deal.

Yeah mine is great. I used to have an electric one and HATED the cord. Been using a weed eater for years since and got this and its a godsend.

Just my two cents, I've been using 80V Lawn mower, Trimmer and Blower and they seem to be powerful

More torque than gas, I've had mine for 5 years and it works great. I did add the Oregon 40-840 Edger Blade, which works much better than the bar type.

How is this compared to the $159 "WORX Nitro Cordless Lawn Edger, 7'' Grass Edger with 3 Depth Settings, 20V Electric Edger with Dual Wheels & Brushless Motor, 4.0 Ah Battery & Charger Included, WG898" on Amazon?
