These are great for lower trimming, but if you're reaching up at full extension, it gets a bit unwieldy because the end moves around a lot on the extension pole. It's still worth having, I've used one 20+ feet up by using a ladder (yeeaaaah, NOT recommended) to clear some branches away from municipal power lines before dropping a tree to avoid "issues". Without the extension pole, it's great for limbs just out of normal reach.

Curious—anyone here used it long-term? Does the battery hold up and do the pole joints stay tight after regular use?
