Every 9ah flexvolt battery is 9ah at 20v, and 3ah at 60volt. It's amp hour so you'll get theoretically 3 hours of use at 60 volts. They describe this to clarify the tool is a 60v tool.

This blower is a beast! I have the 20v dewalt model also and this one is the way to go. It's loud but powerful

Amp hours do not measure runtime. You will not get anywhere close to 3 hours of use.
