Not doubting it was legit for you. But that might be the only Walmart in the country that has it on clearance. Mine had it in stock, but not on clearance.

To add another data point, I called one store nearby and they did have them in stock for "nearly $1,700".

I'm unsure. It would likely need to be your local Walmart. A CA Walmart isn't going to price match a MI Walmart sale price. I think your best bet is your Walmarts. If this was their every day price or even an online price, matching it would be no problem. This is very much a "boots on the ground" find it in person purchase from everyone else's input.
