It's not rocket science, obviously it is easy for them to flag an account for gaming their free shipping at $35 offer. The best thing they can do if they see it's on ongoing scam from the same account is deduct the shipping charges from the refund. That would deter people pretty quickly from making this a habit.
That they *could* do it in no way means they do, ffs.

I never said they do, but we've seen lots of policies changed when people just scam a retailer left and right. Don't look for a way to justify something that is unjustifiable. In other words, because you can, doesn't mean you should.

The handles dont wrap all the way around, but then again these are only meant to carry 60lbs at max so not a bad deal at all. Still going to pass cause I rather just buy the higher quality ones for a few bucks more on a sale than clutter my space.

I need one of these with a lid, is there a name for such things? Also, what are the odds a curious house mouse would chew through these (will just be storing clothes inside)?

No shit. Which isn't the same as going on that people are gonna get banned over it. You're changing the argument to now you shouldn't do it just because you can (again, no shit), from oh no, raise the alarm, you'll get banned for this. Oh well, you're never gonna admit you went a little hyperbolic on it, but none of this matters, so whatever.

When I clicked the link for these bags, they had suggestions of ones with a cover. Don't know if those zip up, but there are bags like this that do have a cover and zip closed, just start with the link to this bag and see where it leads, see what the products are called too so you can search elsewhere as well.

I said they COULD in the future. I didn't say they WOULD. trying reading what I wrote rather than telling me I changed the subject.

Ugh, the sadness of the people on these boards. It's a lot, man.

oh yes I did. Now quit arguing

The flex driver just delivered my bags. Heres an unboxing https://imgur.com/a/36eP7kq they dont fold back well. sturdier than ikea bags. the trade off is the foldability. im not fond of the bland gray color. I'd stick with ikea bags if youre just hauling groceries and Amazon returns 😂

Time to return the filler item

so the main issue with the harbor freight bags is that they're super flimy and don't hold up their shape. this mainstays bag keeps the shape of the bottom. other than that, if you don't mind the harbor freight bag, that can fit a lot more stuff. i have both.
How well do these fold back up? I have a zipper bag I keep this kind of shopping bag in, and the HF bag folds up well into about a 6x8" pack that fits well in that bag.

How sturdy are the handles stitched to the bag? That's the weakpoint in the HF bags, a moderate amount of lateral force will rip the handles.

Gonna give this a try, needed a filler to get free shipping on a set of Blokees anyway.

Are these similar to the ones Costco give away for signing up for auto renewal?
