These are nice. They have a very lose hinge. I was expecting the stiffness of a pocket knife. When I went to close the blade I did cut my finger. This was more user error and just excitement of getting to play with a new toy

I jumped on this deal about 4 weeks ago at my local Ace. I'm happy enough with my purchase but think this should be a more everyday common price for the two here.
They're both built like a tank but the swivel/pivot can pinch sometimes causing it to not fling open fully. Also, the blade is a little loose and has play, presumably due to the quick change feature. I guess that's a trade off you make for quick change.
I still prefer my cheaper, slimmer, lighter retractable no-name beater I've had for years. I can't find another one just like like it anymore, sadly. I was planning to pay the full $17 for the Fastback with blade storage at HD, but glad I didn't because I'd have been a bit let down at that price. It's also pretty heavy.

Have both of these and have used them for over 2 years. No issues to speak of. For me at least, it's a two-hand open situation which I don't mind at all. Mine don't have any play in the blade when secured.

Just press the button and flip the knife closed. It basically works as a gravity knife, so you just flip it open and closed.

Really like these too... if there's ever a deal with free shipping then I might get some more.

Hoping this deal is still around when I finally lose the one I've been carrying every day for the last 13 years
