I thought same thing but one is 1/4 anvil and the other is 3/8.

But an adapter or swappable head would keep you from having two separate whole tools.
I've really wanted a ryobi rachet, but just can't get over the price for what it is. This should be like $50 for tool only. This isn't some complicated tool or requiring some high dollar internal components. It's basically just good for hand tightening nuts and with an 18v battery it limits the area you can use it (specifically thinking when using it on a car or something where room to work is often hampered).

some people like myself prefer separate tools instead of having to swap out the socket since it easier to reach out and grab the right size versus have to change out the socket when you're in a cramp spot.

Adapter adds length to the head, which defeats one of the advantages of this tool which is to reach tight spaces.

I have the 3/8. It's okay. Mediocre tightening torque and the handle is big. Definitely a far cry from the utility of the Milwaukee

There are two kinds, one has an extending head and the other swivels. This looks like the swivel type. I got one for Christmas and it died on my second time using it. I have several batteries, a large assortment of ryobi tools, but I would pass on this deal. Not impressed with it.
