Arrived in 2 days! fit is fine with me, fabric decent, half cotton and some sort of stretchy stuff. comfortable so far. If you like the skinny fit, this is a great deal.
The fabric is much stretchier than expected. You can really feel it if you do a squat. Granted I do agree that it's a slim fit so may not be comfortable if you're hitting leg days hard. And the pockets are a bit too high that it's a bit awkward to put your hands in and they're slim but deep enough to fit most phones with room to spare.
They run true to size although on my first order, I ordered three pairs of the same size and two out of the three were the right fit but the third one was way too baggy (must have been defective or the wrong size label was sewn on by mistake). I exchanged in store and the new one was good. Just a heads up in case you only order one and are unlucky enough to run into this issue too.

I got another deal on this Dicks house brand stuff and the material was just not "it" for me either. The audible-ness of it was something I didn't quite put my finger on but you're right! I think because it has so much plastic the materials are closer to bathing suit style clothing than cotton/natural fibers.
