Take a seat soft hands. Boots like these are especially common in the oil patch where chemicals and water are present.

They're popular in my field (water distribution) because they're easy on/off for changing into waders or fire boots, the exception being no one would be caught dead in Wolverines, especially not "Wellingtons" that aren't waterproof (which should be illegal).

I bought these a few weeks ago to do yard work in. Turns out they are extremely comfortable and perfect for just slipping on to take out the trash or quick yard jobs. I've actually been wearing them to work since they look pretty nice. Would definitely recommend

I bought these last time for $65 and they were very narrow. I haven't worn them yet but the inside heel looks to be the weak link. It will rip easily.

i only use slip ins like this, my red wings are laced, but i prefer this style...
