Not the smallest or fastest at this capacity, but not a bad price at this capacity for one of the few easy to find 3C rated power banks (which you'll need if you plan to travel with it in China)

All lithium batteries fair better when charged slowly, so if you charge it with a lower wattage charger that should help extend its life. Another factor that impacts battery health is keeping your battery close to 100% charged. When the cathode is near its highest potential (100% charge), the battery chemistry begins to degrade and you get things like lithium metal deposition and other forms of breakdown. Who knows where the sweet spot is in balancing caring for your battery and getting good value out of it. I generally turn on battery protection on my phones when I'm in town, off when I'm traveling further.
