You might need to switch to Typhur Inc under "Other sellers on Amazon" (or maybe just try again as Chewpers recommends if it's already listed as Sold by

The Quad they have here is the Gen 1 probe version. They have a Gen 2 version (newer, still considered short range). There is also a Gold (long range) version.
I have the Gen 1 and Gen 2 versions of this and I can sit in my house with the smoker about fifty feet away with the signal blocked by both my oven and then my fridge which are directly between where I sit and the smoker. I have never had any connection issues at all. The Typhur app works every time. Both Duals sync up to the app and play nice together. When I start a cook I use the app to select my meat and doneness and it magically sets up the remote with the parameters completely by itself.
The only downside I have found is that the remotes will not monitor the cooking temperature of the smoker itself in case you have a temperature runaway or drop due to too much or too little fire. The app will monitor the cooking temperature itself though, just not the remote by itself. The Gen 1 probes will not take as much ambient heat as the Gen 2 or the Gold, but I can't remember the exact numbers. All the probes only go up to 212 degrees for the food you are cooking but nothing that I cook needs to get that hot. The probes themselves with the five sensors throughout the length of them are GAME CHANGERS. The app is a GAME CHANGER. Do your own research etc, but these have made my BBQ life SO MUCH EASIER.
Clarification: The remote will SHOW the ambient temperature at all times, but the app can be programmed to ALARM if the ambient temperature goes too high or low.
The 4 probe system is a great deal. The 2 probe and 4 probe have the probes that have the black ceramic tops. I thought those models handled higher ambient heat hence the black ceramic. The Gen 2 single model has a steel top and the word Pro on it.
The Max temperature on typhur probes and Thermomaven (same company) are all over the place. Some say around 500, some say 700 and change, and some even over 900. The 752f ones now say for no longer then 2 mins, then down to 550. There are misprints in the pictures of what max temp is. It is different from what's in the instruction booklet. That being said I only use mine in the over so 550 is plenty.
It's really amazing that you can buy a wireless thermometer with 6 total sensors, that is precision accurate, for $25. Wild. Recommend this to anyone, I am very happy with mine. Ah one minor downside, it "predictive" food done has been all over the place. It told me to take a pork loin roast out of the over at 120. I set a finished temp of 145, there is no way the piece of meat was going to raise 25 degrees after removed.
