This is to warn anybody thinking about using Payboo card from B&H that they be sure to make double check everything for payments otherwise you may end up paying more than what you might have saved.
I made a purchase in Dec 2025 for which a payment was due on January 16th. I initiated a payment from my bank where I see that the payment was withdrawn on Jan 15th but they marked the payment as late and added $30 late payment fee. They also added some interest so my Feb statement balance was $45.27. I don't keep any other balances so there was nothing else due. The due date was February 16th but this time I didn't want to take any chances so made payment from their website on Feb 6th for immediate payment and saw that it was posted to my account on Feb 10th way before due date. But they again charged $3.00 interest on Feb 22nd - I can't see any reason for this interest.
I called customer service and they were very unhelpful saying that there was some option when making a payment but I didn't remember seeing that. I confirmed that there is no option when I went to make this payment.
