I have these and they pull about 27 watts from a Samsung phone when you plug it in which is just enough to display "super fast charging 2.0", but then throttle down to under 15 watts after 20ish minutes which ends up taking much longer to charge the phone. Not sure why they throttle, as the casing is not that hot. I end up using these to charge my kids tablets, since I don't need them to charge super fast.
I have a oem Samsung 45 watt charger and it's much faster consistently.
