I have the PS120SE ARGB. Solid cooler, highly rated, and quiet. These rarely go on sale.

The non-SE (3mm taller, covered heat pipes, no RBG) is also on sale for $30.08. Get that one if you want it to look better.

Have this mounted on top of my 9800X3D and with my fans set up using FanControl it's essentially silent and keeps it cool.
