I bought this tge last dealand O make my own sourdough etc. I did not notice a difference between this and gold medal all purpose flour i prefer bobs red mill bread flour but this was the same as any all purpose with my starter ?

This flour is bleached (chemically). It's always cheaper. No good. King Arthur's flour is never bleached.

The price of flour has dropped the last few weeks. Target and Walmart are cheaper now. FYI to those who do sourdough, don't buy this because it is bleached. The unbleached is $2.50 and I just bought two days ago for pick up at my amazon fresh warehouse. And no, I am not talking to those who require bread flour or King Arthur etc. I use those too but sometimes you just need some cheapo unbleached flour.

I ordered their bread flour and the bag was ripped inside the shipping envelope, flour was unusable. I asked to return it, they accepted, returned my money, and asked me to return it to Whole Foods. As expected, WF told me they can't take it. I will never order flour online.
