STAY AWAY FROM RAOS.

Keep the seal sealed, keep the door closed. Keep on eating Ragu and Prego and Store brands.

I swear. Once you and your family eat this once, there's no going back.

My kids are now spoiled. They actually ask "is this raos?" If they see red sauce for dinner. They refuse to eat anything else. Spoiled turds.

It IS expensive, but honestly, it's a great product. Even with the ownership change to Campbell's last year or so, it's still the best common sauce around.

What he 👆 said.

The mushroom and sausage sauce is solid. I'll put that + cooked extra Italian sausage + canned baby portabello mushrooms as a layer over some cooked pasta and then top it with sliced fresh mozarella. And then bake it in the oven for a bit to get the cheese to melt.

Buy the Cento San Marzanos 28 oz can for much less and make your own brighter, fresher salsa sauce that a jar (even Raos) can't compete with.

cheaper at costco warehouse, $13 for 64oz.
.203 per oz vs .223 so pretty close if you don't have costco mbrshp.

The only reason I'm buying Rao's is because I don't want to do that—will you make it for me? 😂🙏

Check the lids on these. I received several jars with broke vacuum seals on previous orders.

Yep, I get the max 15% savings on my Subscribe & Save (which is the reason I used the "as low as" phrase).

DO NOT BY THIS FROM AMAZON unless you want a tomato sauce flavored shipping box full of glass.

Rao's is very good, just a matter if Campbells will ruin it going cheap. I bought the Bolognese version on a simular deal ($4.99) a couple weeks back and was fortunate that it arrived intact.

But if I find myself in Aldi or Trader Joe's I'll grab a Jar of Specially Select Marinara or TJ's Caro Sugo Basil pasta sauce. Equally as good and you will keep $2 or more in your pocket vs the grocery store price of Rao's
