Stay away from this stuff, I bought 80 bags last year and it killed every plant I put into it or severally stunted it. In 20 years I never had the same issue w/ the miracle grow garden soil. Never again w/ this garbage!

The Miracle Gro is complete trash too, and literally full of trash. For bagged options I've had great luck with Kellog Organic

It's likely regional, I've used it for planting annuals and they've grown well the last 2-3 years.

Exactly. It depends on the regional partner. Ours is actually local about 15 miles away and the soil is so much better than the miracle grow which is 100% wood chips here.

"This is complete garbage; it's about 60% wood chips. Fortunately, I was able to find 'EarthGro Organic Humus and Manure' for $0.80/bag at Home Depot (SKU: 1003950270) a couple of months ago. It is by far the best soil I have ever had."

This stuff sucks, zone 8 Washington, but I do buy it this cheap just a bag or two for seed starting.

$0.80/bag for that is a steal! Regular price $4

The other day, I was able to get 11 bags of this delivered to my door same-day for only $2.99 delivery fee. Must be Lowe's Rewards member (free to join)
Also, soil quality seemed fine.

I buy this stuff and never had it kill everything. You need to put amendments in it and compost. This stuff has very low nutrients right out of the bag.

I've never used Kellog, but I've had a lot of success with the MG over the years. Makes a world of difference to me

FoxFarm or nothing. Expensive shit at ~$30 per bag when on sale, but highly fertile.
