There's also a "Part One" edition which is just Hitman 2016 (overpriced) and the Deluxe Edition which just has some extra DLC (also overpriced). It's cheaper to get the standard edition and pick up piecemeal DLC later if you really enjoy it, but there's a ton of great content just in the standard edition alone.

However the main game is excellent and the newly included Freelancer mode is good enough to be its own game. I've put 50-60 hours into Freelancer campaigns alone.
This includes the DLC maps from Hitman 2. New York and Haven Island.
Ignore the low reviews...most are because of how awful IOI's communication is with all their DLC.
