Good deal, I paid roughly $2800 for one last year and was able to get the 30% tax credit. Its unfortunate the credit doesn't exist anymore but this isn't so bad of a price all things considered

Why would anyone buy this when a 2KWH Segway Cube 2000 is $520 and IP56 rated and expandable to 5kwh for roughly $1400 total? What special features does this have over the segway cube?? I am confused by all these battery station features with such a wide range of prices per KWH. Please explain, thanks, need a 5KWH system to run a Sprinter van camper.

I bought a refurb off the jackery site for 1900. Can't get over how much the batteries are to expand though. They alone are 2k! Haven't had a reason to use it yet. Got it for power outages that usually don't last that long, maybe a few hours at most.

was the 30% tax credit hard installed or just for buying the battery?

Link? I did read here that it's not the same Segway brand anymore?

It is the same Segway brand but the segway wont power 240v items tis one says it will so that is a big difference! The segway only outputs 2600W its 2000 but if you have an expansion battery it ups it to 2600 but still a far cry from 5000.

I'm holding off on battery purchased until Democrats back in office and bringing back the 30% tax credit. Probably just a few months. And the way energy price is going maybe even Trump will support it when Democrats take over both chambers. Like her unsanctioned Iran oil during an active war with Iran.

The tax credit was for buying the battery. Anything over 3kWh in size was eligible for the credit. I don't believe there is the federal tax credit anymore

This is for whole home backup. Can output 7200w or 14400w with two. Also expandable up to 60000kw with extra batteries.

$9 more, I could buy 2 of Eco-Worthy system below and get 10,240 Wh battery. It's 2 times this system for less. And easy to add more batteries for cheap.

You can get it down to 2510.07 on the Jackery site with code EXTRA7.

Pro-tip:
gedd.it can try out codes it finds online, and let you know the best one that worked.
