Yes. I've also ordered from them and found them to be fine in case you're wondering.

I have no idea if this chair is good, but be aware that returns are basically not possible I knew that going in. I didn't have any issues. Came in a big box though and be aware of the shipping service. I gave my delivery guy $50 to help get it in and ordered some wheelies on amazon as he had a huge pallet jack thing.

They do, but it's on your cost. Given the size of the chair resulting in high cost and the hassle, you get the idea.

Yes, but you have to cover all shipping costs, i.e., pay for shipping it to and from your location:

Going through a parts warranty redemption with this company for a chair from 3 years ago and it's been an awesome customer service experience. They've shipped out the parts the same day after I sent them the broken chair information. Will grab another one of these deals from them when this chair breaks down the road after the warranty is expired

Comparing this chair to this deal from last month (same price at $1299).

Seems like the Osaki has more air bags and also heated calves? But seems like an older model. Also heavier but not sure if that's good or bad.

I compared this to Costco and Sam's Club massage‑chair options, as both stores offer returns/replacements

Costco ships free, while Sam's only includes free shipping with a $110 Plus membership

Both stores sell $999 2D chairs (fixed rollers) that are weaker than 3D models (depth-adjustable rollers), including the $1299 chair offered here

Both stores sell $1999 3D chairs that outperform the $1299 chair

I don't see the $1299 at Costco. The closest comparable chair is this $1999 one.

So - I bought this chair from ClearanceChair and immediately needed warranty service. The warranty is serviced through Osaki/Titan. ClearanceChair.com is an authorized seller. I have found that both Osaki/Titan and ClearanceChair.com have been very responsive to me and are top notch.

How do i check if they are an authorized seller? I check chatgpt and google. They said clearancechair.com is not an authorized seller
