I have no idea if this chair is good, but be aware that returns are basically not possible I knew that going in. I didn't have any issues. Came in a big box though and be aware of the shipping service. I gave my delivery guy $50 to help get it in and ordered some wheelies on amazon as he had a huge pallet jack thing.

Seems like the Osaki has more air bags and also heated calves? But seems like an older model. Also heavier but not sure if that's good or bad.
