I would also suggest looking for deals on used Kindles on Amazon. I bought the Signature Edition 12th Gen for $122 a few months back.

Got this before Christmas for $125 less $25 for trading in a old Kindle I got from Woot for like $20. This one is pretty nice, much much better than the old one I traded. Faster, bigger screen, and better "color".

you can start a trade in and then not send it and still instantly use the 20 percent off coupon. They just deduct whatever gift card amount if you don't fulfill the trade .
