"The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase". Perhaps it's because I bought the previous model (with the exposed thumb) through SD with a discount code, and I could only use the code once.

Sometimes it will go through if you try again. If it's not listed as "Sold by CINCOM" you might need to switch to that one under Other sellers on Amazon

My father has one. He uses it pretty regularly, on the middle setting. He's got arthritis in his hands. I think he's glad he has it? I've tried it out, pressure and heat is there! I don't have much hand issues so it wasn't very therapeutic for me. Feels like one of those sharper image back massagers from 2006 that you set on a chair.

The code was initially declined too for me but then I added the one sold by Cincom (instead of Cincom direct).
The code worked.
