I think 15.6" is the essential stat for OLED. 14" OLED is too small to enjoy the extra vibrant screen. Just my opinion.

Ordered excellent condition and picked up at local store last evening, every things looks brand new and also got a pen in the box.

Anything that i can check system perspective like battery usage etc?

This is a great laptop. I got lucky to pick it up new around Black Friday last year for $999. 16" Screen is great, has touch, 32GB RAM and the CPU is fast.

Ordered this four times and they keep cancelling it. About at my limit with Best Buy, their use of AI in place of customer service is beyond infuriating - it's probably the worst implementation I've seen of it, too.

The cancelling of orders is usually because, despite showing available, it is actually sold out. Sometimes inventory will show 1 available, but it really doesn't exist. So it allows you to order, but when it comes to fulfilling the order, it can't so it cancels the order.

I got a fair condition at my local store, it looked brand new and had everything. The only problem was they didn't wipe the old owners log in. I had to take it back and they had someone wipe it right away. Got a few more bucks off for my trouble.
