Good price for online but this sauce is routinely available for $4.99 for the 16 oz bottle at Marshall's or TJ Maxx stores. I picked up a bottle at Marshall's just last month.

Also check the clearance aisle at the same stores as they carry such a huge stock of these that they regularly hit clearance (I think $2.99 for the single bottles and something like $6.99-7.99 for the 4-5 packs of different bottles). It's one of the items they seem to stock regularly and in bulk.

Not a huge fan of the brand, definitely doesn't have the heat of other locally available sauces, but these always get a bunch of praise online. If you're looking for a tasty and easily available hot sauce, I recommend Marie Sharp's Belizean Heat or Tabasco Scorpion Pepper (which surprisingly puts out a lot of heat, and I have a high tolerance!)

I appreciate the suggestions. But does Melinda's get credit cause of good flavor, more importantly than just heat level?

I'm not sure why they get credit really -- I've bought lots of Melinda's based on recommendations and just haven't been a big fan of the flavor (or heat). To me it's always had a somewhat generic flavor to it, but people seemed to really love it, so maybe I'm just the odd one out on it!
I've always been a hot sauce fan though and assumed it's more of an easily accessible sauce for people to get which is why they liked it

Commonly 16oz being sold at Kroger for $6. This isn't a good deal.

People saying it's not a good deal: is it a good deal if you include the fact that it's this small of a size to try it out, AND it's being delivered to you?

this is about the only option for a real hot sauce that can be bought locally at walmart at a reasonable price. notably hotter than pepper flavored vinegar like texas pete or lousiana. i use it on almost everything and keep few bottles in the pantry incase local walmart runs out.

Whoop Ass Caolina Reaper is my favorite for heat and flavor, but it is $13 a bottle. This is good for the price.

I bought a couple to try it out from Publix (they have BOGO), I would give it a 5/10 on the spicy scale. I need something stronger to make me feel alive.

In my reply, I clearly stated that it's a good price for an online source, despite being less expensive in-store at Marshalls or TJ Maxx.

The creamy flavor of this tastes good.

those bogo at publix last week aren't the actual hot sauce. they're either gp wing sauce or hab sauce which are not as spicy.
