Um, no. You cannot get a pair of decent running shoes (adidas or any other brand) for $23. Here or anywhere else.
Sure, if all you care are the three stripes on the side of your shoe, you can get adidas Run 60s for about that much.
If you actually want to put some 500-600 miles on your shoes, then these Sauconys are on a different planet.
$80 is a good deal.

Been running a few months on a pair of these, about 20 miles a week, they are great shoes and took almost zero break in.

Man i remember when Saucony was bottom of the barrel, cheaper than all the other running shoes. This is what i would get for cross country 30 odd years ago cause my mom was poor. Now i can get a pair of decent addidas for $23 here, and this is a deal for $90...

Yeah my brand when they were 40 to 50. Now just like all other big brands so moved on from them to brooks and ascis for similar price when on sale

Agreed. Any $23 shoe, regardless of brand, is not going to be good for your feet when running.

How do these compare to the NB 1080 v14? Or asics nimbus 27

Been trying different higher-end shoes, these have been my favorite so far, they're great! My mileage isn't as high as yours but it's good to know they're lasting, really happy with them so far as someone who suffers from bottom of foot pain/soreness.

I've probably put a hundred + miles on them or more and you'd barely notice. I always glance at them when I'm done and there's zero treadwear. For specifics, I'm 6' 220lbs.
