I have no personal experience with this brand, but based on just the reviews I would not hesitate to purchase this for myself if I had a particular need it would fulfill.

Admittedly some of the other negative reviews complained about the charging issue so that one might be real on some of the units, so if you order this you should put it through its paces within the return window to make sure you got a good one. I bought this in December and have been using it pretty regularly. I've had no issues with it so far. I like that it can charge via USB-C and through an AC cable. Using the AC cable, it charges at about 40w and takes a little over 2 hours to go from 0-100%.
The main cons are the limitations with the USB C charging. One port as 15w input/output, the other is 45w output. I use this to charge a 16 inch macbook pro using the 45w port. My laptop originally uses a 96w charger but it can still charge using lower wattage port. It just charges up slower. I use the AC outlet occasionally for my oneplus phone when I need to use the AC adapter for the Super vooc charging.

Correct because some people will put bad reviews for shipping issues as well as if that deserves a negative item review
Would the 288w version w/ 60W solar panel keep a portable 12v cooler going? Assuming full sunlight @ ~30-45w power, it seems like it'd work? And at night I imagine the cooler wouldn't need as much power and would run off the stored charge?

I have a similar one made by Marbero and it does have its limitations.
It's great at charging small electronics like cell phones and tablets. But its real advantage is that it has solar input.
The main cons are the limitations with the USB C charging. One port as 15w input/output, the other is 45w output. I use this to charge a 16 inch macbook pro using the 45w port.
