I actually bought this months ago from Walmart and returned it. I got an under the desk bike instead (I use it while watching TV)

The elliptical is stupid. It literally has a motor that moves your feet for you. No exercise at all.

It's good for my elderly grandmother that can't walk like that and risks falling while walking.

more for flexibility than exercise for elderly
