Yes - You can re-fill it, pretty easily, but there are warnings that other cleaners "could" clog the nozzles and damage them, so YMMV

This is a great deal, highly recommended at the price!

I would also suggest getting 3rd party cleaning pads.. the Swiffer ones are great, but overkill and expensive for small cleanings (like mopping the kitchen); they're great for multiple rooms but too much for a small area. I bought these for $11 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DGXZRTBY?th=1 and they've been great.. price has doubled, but I assume any similar ones would do just as good of a job.
