Got one as well. Like new condition. No idea how well the service works, got it to use on WiFi and have a backup for quick calls just in case.Something to note about the $40 Tracfone deal is that it has essentially no data included and only 1500 minutes, 1500 texts. I guess they figure that's a year's worth. Works for my purpose though; WiFi use with SIM turned off.

It does have a 1500mb data. Activated about 10 days ago.

U1 is unlocked, U is locked. The Walmart page shows this is locked, so I'm 99.999% sure it's A166U.

Model number is SM-S166V for the Tracfone version (& WFM, ST, TW are same Verizon Value brand). Verizon locked models have their own model number.

the specs says 8gb of ram but I got one with 4gb of ram. Im returning it but wanted to warn people here. If you ordered it did yours come with 8gb of ram?

The Verizon Value locked model used by WFM, Tracfone, Total Wireless & Straight Talk only has 4gb ram.
FYI - Amazon has a refurb TF version with yr of service for around $40, mine looked to be brand new.

Thanks. So if I order this straight talk wireless one that also says 8gb of ram it will still just be 4gb of ram since its a verizon value locked model?
