The new version is supposed to have some notable upgrades including:
- Snapdragon Elite processor: 5x faster CPU and 7x more powerful GPU
- 5G connectivity
- Extended battery life by 30% so you might be able to get 3-4 days out of it
- On device AI processing with a Hexagon NPU chip
- Advanced health sensors
- Possible satellite connectivity for emergency calls
This all said, you might be able to get $250 to $300 trading in an Ultra (i.e. this one), but I don't know exactly how that works.
