Why does the Slickdeals link say "Get Deal at Amazon" when it redirects to AliExpress?

Also, from one of the AliExpress user reviews:

I tried to reinstall the os using the image provided on the firebat official website and got the same malware. In the end i reinstall the whole machine using microsoft's official windows 11 iso.

That's the comment posted by me. As I posted later on aliexpress, a reinstall using their image without internet connection throughout the setup worked.
Another thing this machine bugged me is that from time to time windows would tell me the bitlocker or PIN stops working. I believe this is related to TPM — turning off bitlocker plus restarting the machine helps

Overall there are some bugs to be tolerated / fixed. Otherwise it's great

Anyone installed Linux (Arch or Bazzite or something like Batocera) on it? Is the BIOS locked down a lot or can you make changes to it?

I got an f2 and installed Ubuntu, upgraded the ram and added an ssd. She rips!

I got one of these last week and installed UnRAID on it without any problems. It runs like a dream!


I haven't popped it open yet, but i have it connected now to an external enclosure and it is performing great. All the devices are good on it.
