People have said that these run small which I can agree with, but it's not terrible. I am a 29" waist and have pairs in both Small and Medium - both fit well but if you have any concerns about your junk being squeezed and you're between sizes, pick the bigger size and you should be good.
EDIT: Just realized this deal is for the Small size only which is a shame but great if you can fit it.
